Trip to the museum!

The children had the opportunity to explore and handle some artefacts in a workshop led by a member of the museum staff. These were replicas of items brought back to Bristol in the 19th century by Amelia Edwards, a famous traveller and Egyptologist (she now lays to rest in Henbury).

Following this, the children explored the museum floor, searching for answers to their quiz, learning lots along the way.
